Performs all operational duties at all water treatment plants on a shift basis to functionally supply the City of Harlingen with potable water. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing the City’s water treatment plant. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED (required).
