What you'll do

• Consult with new and returning patients about product selection, dosing, and consumption methods
• assess patient needs and provide education on safe use, benefits, and risks
• answer clinical and therapeutic questions with evidence-based guidance
• verify eligibility and program compliance
• monitor transactions
• maintain required documentation
• support safe dispensing workflows and serve as a clinical resource to staff.
