What you'll do

• Generate sales and provide guest service

• manage retail and rental inventory
• enforce cash-handling and loss-prevention policies
• manage the sales-floor team and rental process
• train and mentor sales staff
• maintain accurate pricing and promotions
• stock merchandise.

Why this role

Winter seasonal 2026/2027 position with part-time hours available. Previous retail sales experience and the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends are required; snow-sport industry experience is preferred.
