Foreman — Telecom Construction

The Foreman — Telecom Construction role is onsite in Prescott Valley, AZ, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $35–$40 per hour. TAK Broadband builds fiber broadband networks and connects communities to digital opportunities; this role leads its field construction crews. The foreman coordinates daily field execution for telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring crews complete work safely, efficiently, and to construction documents, carrier specifications, and state regulations. The role also serves as the onsite contact for construction leadership and client field representatives.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise daily field activities
• manage crew schedules, task assignments, and equipment
• conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols
• interpret construction drawings and site plans
• travel with the crew to area job sites
• inspect work and correct deficiencies
• coordinate materials and access
• communicate project progress and issues
• maintain field reports and support site closeout.

Why this role
