• Assist children with colors, numbers, letters, and positive classroom discipline
• maintain a calm, loving, child-centered learning environment
• serve and respect families, children, and childcare team members
• attend required staff and training meetings
• maintain required health and safety training credentials
• communicate effectively with parents and teachers
• assist with care and supervision of young children.
