Medical Assistant

What you'll do

• Obtain patient histories and review of systems
• prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• document visit notes and treatment plans
• remove sutures and provide post-operative wound-care instructions
• triage calls
• assist providers with examinations, biopsies, surgeries, and procedures
• collect specimens
• prepare and sterilize instruments
• maintain exam rooms and supplies
• perform tier-specific medication, treatment, and patient-education duties as directed.
