What you'll do

• Oversee plant cost accounting, production costs, variances, product costing, standards, margins, inventory, and reconciliations
• manage ERP design and data flows
• identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
• collaborate across procurement, production, supply chain, sales, and finance
• manage risk, forecasts, budgets, and pricing analysis
• prepare plant-level financial reports and dashboards
• mentor and develop the cost-accounting team
• support food safety and product quality.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and 10 years of manufacturing accounting and systems experience, including cost accounting and financial reporting. A master’s degree or CPA is preferred; Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
