What you'll do

• Provide front-desk customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• verify identification, notify hosts, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records
• monitor entry points, visitor activity, and access-control systems
• escalate irregularities
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• answer phones, direct visitors, document security incidents, and deter unauthorized access.
