Project Coordinator – Manufacturing

Job overview

The Project Coordinator – Manufacturing role is primarily office-based in Monticello, Minnesota, with interaction across the fabrication operation and occasional visits to the fabrication floor, warehouse, job sites, or customer locations. What you'll do

• Support Project Managers from project award through completion
• maintain schedules, deadlines, action items, and project documentation
• track status and follow up with departments
• coordinate customer and vendor communications, RFIs, submittals, approvals, revisions, and deliveries
• communicate approved drawings and requirements to engineering, purchasing, production, quality, shipping, and installation
• track materials and fabrication progress
• assist with closeout, cost tracking, meeting notes, and administrative tasks
• and flag potential delays or conflicts.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of project coordination, administration, construction, manufacturing, architectural metals, or related experience is preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.
