What you'll do

• Process payroll and review timecards
• resolve payroll discrepancies
• audit payroll reports and maintain records
• support wage-and-hour compliance
• coordinate onboarding and orientation
• maintain confidential personnel files
• assist with benefits and leave administration
• respond to employee HR questions
• support engagement and retention initiatives
• assist with employee relations, HR reporting, audits, recruiting, and compliance
• maintain HRIS and payroll system data.
