What you'll do

• Monitor credit card and ACH fraud patterns
• lead chargeback mitigation
• manage collections strategy for unpaid fees and negative balances
• conduct KYC/KYB, identity verification, and OFAC/AML reviews
• develop and enforce merchant risk-scoring models
• support merchant onboarding
• analyze MCC/NAICS codes and validate TIN/SSN
• apply underwriting policies using payment and data tools.
