What you'll do

• Enter credit card and other expense information
• assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit card, and bank statement reconciliations
• verify invoice status and payment approval
• code payments and deposits
• make physical bank deposits
• process payroll
• post journal entries
• assist with month-end financial reports
• research and correct errors
• perform credit checks
• prepare sales tax reporting.
