What you'll do

• Own assigned pharmaceutical accounts and support relationship development and retention
• lead weekly KPI communications and reporting and present results to customer executives
• coordinate with Operations, Quality, Transportation, IT, and Finance
• support cGMP/GDP warehousing, temperature control, chain-of-custody, and data documentation
• support renewals, growth, and expansion
• participate in business reviews, forecasting, and quality discussions.
