New England Life Care is a nonprofit home infusion provider serving more than 70 hospital systems in the region and focuses on patient-centered care. The specialist supports the Director of Nursing by organizing and scheduling home infusion visits and coordinating with office partners, clinical staff, referral sources, and patients. The role helps resolve scheduling gaps and maintain effective visit coverage.

What you'll do

• Process workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits
• monitor pending referrals and assign nurses for appropriate starts of care
• communicate with field staff about late, pending, or incomplete visits
• run daily scheduling request reports
• monitor productivity and visit distribution
• review unverified visit reports and coordinate follow-up with field staff and nursing leadership.

Why this role

Normal schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with rotating weekend and holiday availability. Weekend shifts receive an additional differential; holiday shifts are paid at 2.5 times the base rate.
