What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and support lifeguards
• ensure facilities open and close on schedule
• recruit and onboard team members
• create schedules for direct reports
• maintain client relationships and address concerns
• identify and coordinate service and maintenance needs
• perform minor repairs as needed
• coordinate with health departments and maintain required permits
• oversee pool winterization
• travel between multiple locations daily and document site visits.
