Assistant Store Manager — Vail Sports

What you'll do

• Lead daily operations and monitor performance and budget, including scheduling and payroll
• act as manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent
• maintain records for performance, sales, inventory, and equipment rentals if applicable
• hire and train employees
• provide feedback and direction
• respond to customer questions and concerns
• participate in leadership forums and continuous-improvement discussions
• perform other assigned duties, including specialty areas such as merchandising and rentals.
