What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct regular and random patrols of facility areas, perimeter, parking, and access points

• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and notify appropriate personnel
• complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
