The Molding Operator I (SMC) - 2nd Shift is an onsite role based in Mesa, AZ. Compensation is not specified beyond the starting rate of $23.50 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential, supporting the Vikrell product line manufacturing team at Kohler Co. This role exists to safely and efficiently operate, monitor, and maintain SMC machinery. The operator is responsible for executing production processes, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment to meet productivity and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Control assigned machines, monitor recording instruments, execute start-up and shutdown procedures, perform product tagging, conduct quality checks, route production reports, order materials, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
