What you'll do

• Work at designated stations or rotate as business levels require
• complete opening, closing, and mid-shift checklists
• brew coffee, make cocktails, pour wine, and run food
• set up and clean tables and family meal
• sanitize surfaces
• restock products, pack to-go orders, and fold boxes and towels
• greet guests and manage traffic flow
• answer phones, take orders, and manage reservations
• explain menu ingredients and preparation
• ask about allergies and communicate them to the culinary team
• use POS and online ordering systems
• address guest service issues
• follow sanitation practices and company policies.
