Call Center Manager

What you'll do

• conduct call reviews and performance check-ins
• maintain staffing and scheduling coverage
• oversee inbound and outbound call performance, queues, and response times
• track and report KPIs
• drive membership sales and follow-ups
• implement corrective action plans
• coordinate with dispatch, service managers, and marketing
• maintain accurate customer records and call compliance
• resolve escalated concerns.
