The role guides staff and daily operations, maintains service quality and contract compliance, and monitors outcomes so programs can connect participants with services and support progress toward housing.

What you'll do

• Lead assigned Access and Engagement and/or Housing Services programs
• ensure delivery of applicable contract services
• monitor goals, benchmarks, and outcomes
• supervise, train, and evaluate staff
• review case files and documentation
• oversee program operations, staffing, participant access, safety, and service coordination
• address participant concerns and escalate issues as needed
• maintain compliance with funder requirements and reporting.
