The role leads warehouse staff, maintains operating procedures, coordinates shipping and receiving, and uses warehouse management systems to support accurate inventory control.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily warehouse operations
• implement and maintain standard operating procedures
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• verify received shipments against purchase orders and report damage or discrepancies
• prepare shipping documents and support timely shipments
• maintain inventory records, conduct audits and cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
• safely operate a forklift
• lead and train staff
• coordinate with procurement and customer service
• report warehouse performance and inventory levels.
