Maintenance Technician I

What you'll do

• Assist with repairs in apartments and common areas
• support unit make-readies, painting, light plumbing, and cleaning

• change locks, filters, and light fixtures as needed
• respond to service requests and on-call emergencies
• track supplies and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
• follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
