What you'll do

• Lead patient collections and self-pay operations, including early-out collections, bad debt management, and payment plans
• evaluate AI-generated patient financial communications and recommendations
• develop self-pay collection strategies
• monitor payment-plan processes and self-pay KPIs
• coordinate with billing, financial counseling, and recovery teams
• ensure compliance with FDCPA, HIPAA, state collections laws, and internal policies
• oversee collection agency relationships as applicable
• annotate AI outputs and provide structured feedback.
