What you'll do

• Prepare letters of intent, market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and transaction paperwork
• follow up on leads and information requests
• assess comparable sales, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• track interactions and follow-up in CRM
• act as intermediary between sellers and buyers
• assess leads for acquisition review
• develop pricing and offer strategies
• communicate with homeowners
• negotiate purchase proposals
• manage active prospects and scheduled follow-ups
• coordinate transaction progress
• work toward assigned KPIs and sales objectives.
