What you'll do

• Answer and transfer telephone calls and relay messages
• greet, direct, and provide information to residents, staff, families, and visitors
• monitor security entrances and facility access
• respond to alarms and notify appropriate personnel
• redirect residents approaching exits as needed
• perform secretarial and clerical duties
• sort and deliver resident mail
• scan documents into resident medical records
• assist with staff replacement under supervisor direction.
