Residential Programs Director

What you'll do

• Meet with community members to determine needs
• identify service gaps and develop solutions
• research and implement programs to improve community wellness
• ensure regulatory compliance
• manage day-to-day operations, direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, staffing, training, safety, finances, and facility maintenance
• manage staff evaluations, scheduling, and orientation
• monitor service delivery. Must be available on-call to support staff as needed.
