The Medical Front Desk Representative – Spanish Speaker role is an onsite clinic position in Lynn, MA. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. The representative is the first point of contact for patients and supports clinic operations through scheduling, communications, insurance claims, records, and transportation coordination. The role helps patients navigate administrative needs so the care team can deliver integrated services.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and notify care-team members of arrivals
• handle incoming calls and messages
• triage requests such as scheduling, forms, and medication refills
• request records and book specialty appointments
• sort and file mail and faxes
• provide information and tours
• assist with supplies and scheduling
• verify insurance and collect copays
• schedule follow-up, referral, and transportation appointments
• submit and resolve insurance claims
• support patients and families with claim issues.
