What you'll do

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and schedule day care and boarding bookings.
• Organize and process incoming and outgoing guests.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources.
• Ensure that all incoming guests' files are complete prior to check in.
• Follow up with guests after staying with us.
• Check-in and check-out guests and their belongings.
