What you'll do

• Serve as primary customer contact after contract award
• define contract scope and deliverables
• coordinate milestones and cross-functional work
• manage project communications, risks, changes, schedules, and resources
• prepare revenue forecasts and status reports
• maintain contract files and health reports
• coordinate packaging, shipping, payments, and post-shipment reviews
• support quotes and team development.
