What you'll do

• Contact physician offices to confirm receipt of required paperwork
• review documents for completeness and compliance
• follow up to obtain accurate information
• handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• guide external offices through documentation requirements
• receive, process, and organize sensitive electronic and paper files
• identify workflow improvements
• protect confidential information.
