What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.

Master's Degree

Experience

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing. Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care. Dedicated to ongoing professional development. Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively.
