Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Chantilly, VA, and pays $20–$25 per hour. S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. manages multifamily properties and other real estate assets across the Mid-Atlantic region. The technician maintains a safe, comfortable, and attractive residential community by responding to service requests and keeping electrical and mechanical equipment and appliances functional. Timely repairs support residents and the community’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident service calls and complete plumbing repairs, tile repairs, drywall installation and repair, and electrical switch repairs.
• Occasional duties may include fence mending, assisting with HVAC and refrigeration repairs, key cutting, trash pickup, lawn care, pool cleaning, and carpet shampooing.
