What you'll do

• Analyze jobs and work environments and break jobs into trainable steps
• assess employment readiness and formulate interventions
• help clients identify interests, skills, and aptitudes
• provide individual or group job coaching at program or work sites
• educate and consult with clients and families
• develop employment opportunities
• support clients in learning job skills and addressing participation barriers.
