What you'll do

• Advise senior management on health and safety
• track and report safety metrics
• develop proactive programs
• support MSHA, OSHA, and other regulatory compliance
• oversee safety training
• lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• monitor regulatory changes
• coordinate with inspectors
• manage occupational health monitoring, site security, crisis plans, contractor safety, and safety staff.
