Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Manage customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, past-due, and quality performance
• coordinate production build plans
• lead and develop 3–5 direct reports
• align manufacturing staffing with workload
• document and reinforce work instructions
• lead process optimization and productivity initiatives
• manage capital expenditure requests
• coordinate raw material inventory and shortages with Procurement
• work with Engineering on designs, prototypes, and production transitions
• support forecasted sales orders.
