Fleet Service Coordinator

The Fleet Service Coordinator role is onsite in Yuba City, CA. Pay is $28–$31 per hour. The coordinator supports the Shop Foreman by organizing maintenance, repairs, records, and regulatory requirements so vehicles and equipment remain ready for daily operations and fleet downtime is minimized.

What you'll do

• Coordinate waste oil and filter disposal and other environmental compliance needs
• communicate equipment maintenance and repair needs to the Shop Foreman
• schedule and prioritize work
• maintain maintenance logs and mileage records
• coordinate inspections, repairs, telematics, and regulatory testing
• open and close work orders
• coordinate warranty repairs, recalls, and smog checks
• research parts and supplies
• arrange emergency breakdown support and after-hours service as needed
• track repair progress, registrations, and compliance.
