The Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Thomasville, NC. Pay is $19.50–$21.93 per hour. Piedmont Crossing is a continuing care retirement community focused on enriching residents’ lives. The technician maintains the community’s property, plant, equipment, and grounds so that facilities remain operable, safe, and orderly. The role responds to resident and staff requests and performs preventive and corrective maintenance across the site.

What you'll do

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
• perform maintenance according to procedures and preventive schedules
• respond to resident and staff requests
• keep storage and mechanical areas orderly
• remove trash and debris
• maintain building interiors and exteriors
• track maintenance supplies
• repair structures and equipment using hand and power tools
• perform electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, plaster, and plumbing tasks as directed
• inspect property and equipment
• maintain grounds
• support life-safety matters and company vehicle upkeep.
