What you'll do

• Plan and support group outings based on individual interests and goals
• provide transportation and supervision
• teach and model communication, social skills, safety, and community behavior
• follow service plans and safety protocols
• complete service notes and behavior tracking
• communicate progress and concerns
• use trained crisis-prevention and de-escalation strategies when needed
• report suspected mistreatment. Cross-training and job coaching in Supported Employment may be available.
