What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary off-shift engineering decision-maker for development activities.
  • Partner with process, integration, and equipment teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply SPC and fault detection systems to investigate excursions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reaction plans.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead development projects.
