What you'll do

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices
• verify invoices against receiving documents and approvals
• enter accounts payable transactions
• prepare scheduled payment runs
• reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
• maintain vendor records and tax documentation
• respond to vendor inquiries
• assist with month-end and year-end close
• reconcile subledger balances to the general ledger
• process mail and fuel-card activity
• scan and retain documents
• and protect confidential information.
