Warehouse Operations Associate

The Warehouse Operations Associate role is onsite in Wood Dale, IL. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. The position supports Dimerco Express Group’s warehousing and global shipping and logistics operations. The associate receives, processes, and prepares cargo for onward transportation while maintaining accurate shipment records and safe warehouse operations. The role coordinates with warehouse, operations, customer service, trucking, and airline teams to support timely movement of shipments.

What you'll do

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process inbound freight
• prepare and stage outbound shipments
• load and unload cargo
• sort, weigh, label, palletize, repack, consolidate, and secure cargo
• operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• verify shipment quantities, dimensions, weights, labels, and documents
• maintain inventory and cargo records
• report shipment issues
• coordinate with operations and transportation teams
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• follow TSA and air-cargo security requirements.

Why this role
