What you'll do

• Oversee daily delivery operations related to returned or damaged products
• assist with audits and ensure process alignment with company and client requirements
• report loadout, returns, and motor carrier compliance
• supervise reschedule check-ins
• process returns through client portals
• identify and escalate discrepancies
• ensure documentation and system entries support inventory accuracy
• support process improvements
• handle client escalations and schedule next-day delivery orders.
