What you'll do

• Coach, train, and support Floral Managers, Floral Designers, and retail associates
• reinforce merchandising, floral care, product quality, presentation, sanitation, and customer service standards
• support labor scheduling and operational procedures
• review performance reports
• assist with cost control and sales goals
• visit stores and provide follow-up support
• support openings, seasonal programs, and special events
• communicate company programs and operational changes.
