What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• support repositioning, mobility, and skin integrity
• provide light housekeeping and respite support
• observe and report changes to the RN or case manager
• assist with vital signs and basic care as directed
• document care and communicate with patients, families, and team members
• respect patient preferences, routines, and cultural needs.
