What you'll do

• Assist with property administration, improvement, maintenance, and operations
• follow fair housing regulations
• help resolve resident and vendor issues
• provide resident customer service
• support lease renewals, market surveys, census reports, applicant screening, applications, file audits, and move-in/move-out processes
• help coordinate resident retention events
• maintain proficiency in property platforms.
