Maintenance Technician — Apartment Community

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Cumming, GA, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour. Atlantic Residential manages apartment communities and describes its work as creating communities for residents and investors. The technician handles assigned maintenance and resident service requests, supports apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance, and helps keep the property and equipment in good condition. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, carpentry, and pool-related tasks, with participation in an emergency on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance and resident service requests promptly
• perform apartment make-ready work
• support preventive maintenance for HVAC, appliances, common areas, pools, and equipment
• maintain property cleanliness and orderly tools and shop
• report repairs and supply needs
• participate in the 24-hour emergency on-call rotation.
