Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports photo operations, seasonal staff, sales, and guest service. The role helps deliver memorable Santa visits and photo experiences while supporting daily operations and team readiness.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
