What you'll do

• Lead new-patient consultations from exam through treatment decision
• explain treatment recommendations, benefits, timelines, and next steps
• present financial plans and payment options
• complete contracts and paperwork
• coordinate same-day treatment starts, including consents and scheduling
• follow up with patients who do not start the same day
• maintain accurate patient and financial records
• communicate with clinical and scheduling teams.
