The manager connects site teams, customers, and the Account Director while owning day-to-day service delivery, people leadership, safety, quality, and financial performance across assigned accounts and locations. The role develops teams and customer relationships while improving consistent service and operational results.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery across assigned accounts and locations
• lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operational staff
• manage staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, supplies, equipment, and operating expenses
• serve as primary operational contact for assigned customers
• monitor quality, compliance, safety, and performance metrics
• conduct site visits, inspections, and risk assessments
• address service gaps and corrective actions
• promote environmentally responsible cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives
• travel between assigned locations.

Why this role
